" In my 4 previous marathons I hit the wall each time between miles 18 and 22 and had to walk/run for the last few miles. Prior to adding spinning to the training my best time was 3:17:50. The only change I made in my training for Milwaukee in October was to add Spinning (at Spynergy) twice a week.  The results - I finished almost 7 minutes faster than my previous best for a 3:11:20 finish. It may not sound like much but I never hit "The Wall" and the last 3 miles of the marathon I ran sub 7:00 minute miles. My second 1/2 of the marathon was faster than the first half, something I had never accomplished. It was all due to stronger legs, stronger heart, and better breathing!!  I attribute that directly to Spynergy.  Thanks for the help and I look forward to more spinning to help me with the Boston Marathon in April."
